Nothing in this Legal Notice or any other Fotosound policy limits or excludes a consumer’s statutory rights.

3. Website content

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and up to date. Product images may appear different because of screen settings, and manufacturers may change specifications. The product description and any information confirmed by us as part of your order will form the relevant description of the goods.

If we discover a material error in a price, description or availability before a contract is formed, we will contact you and will not proceed without your agreement. If a contract has already been formed, we will deal with the matter in accordance with Jersey law.

The website and its original text, layout, branding, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Fotosound. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit website content without permission from the relevant rights holder.
