How do I choose the right size?
Oura Ring 5 sizes differ from standard jewellery sizes and other Oura models. Confirm your Oura Ring 5 size with the team in store before selecting a size on this page.
Is Oura Ring 5 waterproof?
Oura Ring 5 is rated for water resistance up to 100 metres. It can be worn while showering and swimming. Oura does not recommend scuba diving or keeping the ring submerged for more than 12 hours.
How often will I need to charge it?
Oura states up to 6–9 days of battery life, depending on ring size, settings and usage. A full charge takes around 80 minutes, depending on the battery level. Actual results vary.
Do I need an Oura Membership?
A separate Oura Membership unlocks personalised insights and the full Oura App experience. Membership is managed by Oura, with its current terms and charges. The ring purchase does not include an ongoing membership.
Can I use my existing Oura Membership?
Oura says existing members can add Oura Ring 5 as a new device in the Oura App without creating a new membership.
